Conditions of exchange and return of goods
According to current legislation, quality perfume and cosmetic products are not subject to return or exchange.

Felps Professional, Scuro Professional is the official representative and importer of all brands presented on the site. Buying goods from us, you are protected from expired, low-quality and non-original products.
If the goods are to be returned, the money will be transferred to the bank card. Therefore, our manager may ask for your details: card number, full Name and Surname
NOT returnable/exchangeable:
- If a receipt or sales receipt is lost
- If the goods have been used
- If it falls into one of the following categories:
-- combs, hair irons, straighteners.
- disposables
- brushes, bowls, spatulas, accessories
- promotional and sale items.
However, if you have a problem with your order, sometimes this happens, please let us know and we will try to resolve it as soon as possible.
The item arrived damaged:
Upon receipt of the goods, make sure that there is no visible mechanical damage and that the products are complete. If the commercial condition of the purchased goods does not correspond to the proper appearance or the delivered goods do not correspond to what you ordered, you have the right not to accept the goods.
At delivery by courier the fact of acceptance of goods in the appropriate form and configuration is confirmed by signature in the delivery note for delivery of goods and indicates the absence of claims to the goods.
If the purchase is canceled during delivery for other reasons (in good condition, no damage to packaging and quality), the customer will pay the full shipping cost.

The package with the goods did not arrive
First contact the transportation company and clarify the location of the parcel or track it using the information that came to you by SMS. If you are not provided with any information or if you are informed about the loss of the parcel, then, as in the first case, you need to contact our manager.
